About

An independent shop, run by people who ride

The Hub sells and services bikes in Napa, California. That's the whole business — no franchise playbook, no call center, no shipping label between you and the person who built your bike.

01 — How we work

Advice from miles, not scripts

Everyone on the floor rides. Road miles before work, gravel on Saturdays, Skyline laps when the dirt is good, and the Vine Trail with kids on the weekend. When we recommend a bike, tire or gear ratio, it's because we've ridden it here.

We'd rather sell you the right bike once than the expensive bike twice. That means asking about your actual riding before your budget, being honest when a repair isn't worth it, and telling you when the bike you already own is fine.

The workshop is the core of the shop. Bikes bought here get looked after here, for as long as you ride them.

02 — What we stand for

Three commitments

Honest recommendations

If a cheaper bike suits you better, we'll say so. If a repair isn't worth the money, we'll say that too.

Proper builds

Every bike leaving the shop is assembled, torqued and safety-checked by a mechanic — not pulled out of a box.

Local community

Shop rides, youth racing, advocacy and trail work. Cycling in Napa gets better when the shop shows up.

Staff names, roles and photos will be added here once the shop provides them — we'd rather leave this blank than invent it.
